The unit is fully equipped with all major & small appliances,

full size washer & dryer, cable TVs with DVD & VHS
player, CD player, a comfortable couch & king size bed in the master bedroom, plus a queen bed and twin bed in the guest bedroom.The beach is across the street, with public
access around 60 yards away!. It’s white sand offers
great shelling, blue waters, occasional dolphins, jet skiing,
parasailing, sunbathing, & some of the most beautiful
sunsets you can imagine!
If you enjoy tennis or swimming in the pool, this is the
place. Our heated pool & tennis court are right next to
the building. Marco Island offers boat, bike, & scooter
rentals. In addition, you'll be near great restaurants &
unique shopping and within walking or driving distance to
many Florida tourist destinations.
The condominium is a no smoking-no pets condo. We require
a $250 security deposit, refundable when you return the keys
& the condo is left in good condition. Unit is available
after 4:00 P.M. on your arrival day & we ask that
you are out by 10:00 A.M. on departure day, so the unit can
be cleaned by our professional cleaning staff. There are no
hidden fees. As a private owner, not subject to commissions
